  • How often are messages picked up and delivered?

    Once a day, at the time you specify.

  • What are pickup and delivery options?

    You can choose morning (5:30am), afternoon (12:00pm), or evening (6:30pm). You can change your preference in Settings at any time.

  • Are messages picked up and delivered at the same time?

    Yes. Any messages you received since your last delivery will be delivered, and any messages in your outbox will be picked up at the time you specified.

  • What information is publicly visible to other users?

    Your username, name, profile picture, delivery time, location, website and bio are publicly visible.

  • Why do you ask for my location?

    We use your location to determine your time zone so that we can pick up and deliver messages at the correct time. Feel free to specify your location as precisely or imprecisely as you would like, but keep in mind that your location is publicly visible and will determine your pickup and delivery time.

  • How are you protecting my privacy?

    We collect and store the minimum amount of data possible to operate Pony. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties. Please see the Privacy Statement for details.
